8" Chef- San Mai

A staple in every kitchen, this knife is intended as your go to, do it all knife (within reason). This knife is made from carbon steel, I advise you to do some extra research on this steel as it requires more respect than your average stainless steel knife, but boy does it deliver. This handle is a little slice of history, it consists of Bog oak which is carbon dated to around 200 BC as well as a fossilised mammoth tooth molar dated at around 12000 years old.
