6" Gyuto
A widely versatile knife that is used for a wide range of tasks in the kitchen, on the slightly smaller side compared to my usual knives so this makes quite a nice difference to those that fancy something a little more dainty. I also decided to switch up styles a little with these Gyutos and go for a more Japanese style of full tang handle, anyway I quite like it.
